The allotments in Exmouth were started in 1947 and were managed by the Exmouth Town Council until November 2005 when the EDAA took over responsibility for management of the allotments.

The committee are responsible for implementing the Council rules & guidelines, collecting rents and maintaining both sites.

It is a condition of having a plot that the plot holder becomes a member of Exmouth & District Allotments Association.
